Fruity of green olives with ripe notes of medium intensity, freshly cut grass, banana, apple and pear, field flowers, fennel and citric touch. sweet and fresh on the palate, medium bitterness and pleasant pungency in throat. It is reminiscent of olive leaf, banana peel and it is slightly astringent. Well structured oil that presents a good balance and harmony.
Breakfasts with traditional bread toast with oil and tomato synthesis of the Mediterranean diet. Also loaves of bread, Candeal bread (Typical bread from the south of Spain), focaccia, onion, cheese, aromatic herbs.
Especially good with cooked artichokes of season, mushrooms of intense flavours (Thistle mushrooms). Recommended with sauteed, fried or scrambled eggs. Balance traditional stews, vegetable pizzas, vegetable stews and rice.
